What data we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts. We do not collect personal data through the website automatically.
The only personal data we process is information you voluntarily share with us when you contact us to book a service:

We do not collect financial data. Payments are made in cash directly to your driver.

We use the information you provide solely to:
- Confirm and arrange your booking
- Communicate with you about your trip (pickup time, route, changes)
- Monitor your flight status for airport transfers
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or advertising. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where necessary to deliver the service you booked (e.g., coordinating with a fast boat operator for Nusa Penida tours).
Legal basis
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), we process your personal data based on:
- Consent — you voluntarily contact us and share your details to request a service.
- Contractual necessity — we need your details to fulfill the transport or tour service you booked.
How long we keep your data
We retain your booking information (WhatsApp chat history, emails) for up to 12 months after your trip, in case you need to rebook or have follow-up questions. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
Third-party services
- WhatsApp (Meta): When you message us on WhatsApp, your communication is handled by Meta's WhatsApp service. Their privacy policy applies to the messaging platform itself: WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when fonts are loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use any other third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising networks.
